Im fairly new to the game...it looks like until recently you could send decor items as gifts, but this was recently disabled?

Is this correct, and is there any way to get free decor items now?

For awhile, there were neighbors who had figured out a way to gift decor items withoot limit, but Zynga caught on and has blocked the ability. Stay tuned, there are some very talented people out there, they may figure it out again.

You can now get decor with the lotto tickets they give out when you level up. Also if you go to CW unilimited cafe world gifts page on FB you can have alot of decor items.
